In order to legally access medical cannabis in Hawai’i, individuals must obtain a medical cannabis patient card, which is also known as a 329 card. Fortunately, the process for obtaining this card doesn’t have to be difficult. All that is required is access to a certifying practitioner, a qualifying medical condition, and a computer to complete the process. Once the process is complete, the card will be sent to the individual via email.
